Join us on July 6th for an extraordinary evening of music showcasing the creative achievements of the MUD: Composer-in-Residence program. Esteemed cellist David Moran will open the night, presenting new works by our composer-in-residence, Joseph Franklin.

The evening will also feature solo performances by Franklin on the contrabass guitar, highlighting pieces from his recent album release, a thousand tiny mutinies, out through Nice Music label. Additionally, Gabriella Smart will captivate us with her performance on the Electric Cristal, the jewel of the South Australian avant-garde.

To close the night, enjoy duo and trio improvisations that bring together the incredible talents of Franklin, Moran, and Smart. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to experience the weird worlds of Australian contemporary music in an intimate setting.
