Summer Sundays: Secret Garden at Beaumont House

Summer Sundays: Secret Garden at Beaumont House was presented on March 18, 2018.

The concert featured:

• Frank Yamma, one of Australia’s most significant indigenous songwriters.

• Saxophonist Derek Pascoe as the Pied Piper, leading children of all ages on an exploratory journey through the gardens.

• Gabriella Smart with a pop-up toy piano performance.

• Composer and sound artist Jesse Budel, exploring the resonance of a ruined colonial piano through transducer, improvisation and new settings of old bush ballads.
