Alvin Curran Residency

In August 2013, Soundstream hosted esteemed composer and improviser Alvin Curran for a artist residency.

The residency featured multiple concerts, including:

• The Australian premiere of Oh Man, Oh Mankind, Oh Yeah for mass choir (Friday 23 August, Bonython Hall at The University of Adelaide)

• A performance of Rose of Beans II, for chamber ensemble and Fake Book performance by Alvin Curran (Friday 23 August, Madley Rehearsal Space at The University of Adelaide).

• The Australian premiere of the complete Inner Cities cycle for solo piano by Gabriella Smart (Saturday 24 August, Bonython Hall at The University of Adelaide).
